We believe prayer is the best gift that we can give to deployed soldiers. Therefore, we divide up the days of the week and make sure someone from High Point is praying for our deployed soldiers every single day that they are gone. Please reach out to let us know if you will be deploying soon so that we can make sure you are on the prayer list. 

In every church body, there will be different people with needs and other people with skills to solve various problems. Our goal is to match those people in the church with needs to the ones with the skills that can help meet those needs. If you have a physical need, please fill out this form so that we can find the best person to help you!

In particular, we encourage the families of deployed soldiers to let us know how we can help while their spouse is gone. Consider tasks like car work, computer help, hanging pictures, translating German, yardwork, moving furniture, etc. We want to help take physical burdens such as these away from you during this particularly difficult time. Our babies are one of our greatest joys but can also be one of our greatest distractions during a time when we are trying to worship God and hear His voice. For this reason, we have nursery for babies (0-2 years) for Sunday services. For more information, don't hesitate to email our nursery leader at nursery@highpointvilseck.com.

Children are not just the church of the future but the church of today! This is why we provide a place to help them grow in their faith and knowledge of God during Sunday services. We provide children's church for three- to seven-year-olds every Sunday and an additional class for elementary school–aged children approximately once per month. IGNITE, the student ministry group at High Point for 6th through 12th graders, meets every Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m. in the church building. This group focuses on enjoying worship, games, and time in God's Word together as a group of teenagers. For more information, please contact us at ignite@highpointvilseck.com

Women's bible study groups are always a critical part of the church community, but we have found them to be vitally important in the military community, where active duty spouses are often deployed or in a field exercise. We currently offer women's bible study groups on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. and Sunday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in the church building. Men's bible study meets every Sunday at 5:30 p.m. at the church building. The men's group takes time to dig deeper into that morning's sermon. We also encourage and pray for each other. No homework required! Come join us for fellowship, prayer, and study.
